I've worked with Chris a few times now, and he gets the HIGHEST POSSIBLE RATING! This guy is the best! .... What sets Chris apart from the others in the industry is that he not only has complete command of the various products available for different clients (so that he can carefully match you with the best loan for your situation), but once you've begun working with him, he stays on top of everything at all times, and he keeps you updated and informed at every step of the way. His communication skills and his communication ethics are excellent: In my loan process, I always knew exactly where we were and exactly where we were going, because Chris not only took the initiative to explain everything to me as we went in order to keep me updated, but he always responded very quickly to every single message or question that I sent to him. That's *gold*. He is knowledgeable, friendly, professional, perceptive, informed, lightning-fast, a savvy negotiator, and you can rest assured that he "has your back" the entire time. In short, Chris' level of high-quality, excellent customer service is a rare find in today's world. So, because of who he is and because of the successful results that he produces, I can say without hesitation that you would be very wise to hire him.

Working with Chris was a pleasure! He made buying our home as stress-free as possible. He handled most of the details, was very communicative, and walked us through the steps and processes that we were not familiar with. Buying a home is supposed to be one of the most stressful things you do in life, but Chris made it otherwise. We were confident he was going to take care of everything from beginning to end - and he did not disappoint. We would recommend him to anyone! When it comes time for us to refinance or buy another home, we wouldn't consider working with anyone else.

Chris Goulart was more than helpful during my experience in working with him to help finalize the refinance of 2 different properties of mine. I originally tried a credit union in town and they took weeks to get back to me on my application packet. Once I submitted the needed documents to Chris, we were in business and things were getting done quickly and efficiently. Thanks Chris for your great professionalism and commitment to your clients.

Chris is extremely professional, is a hard worker, always responds back to my emails/calls promptly, and is an expert as what he does. I used All California Lending to provide me with a hard money loan. My loan representative was Chris Goulart. I needed the loan to close in 15 days. Mr. Goulart was able to close the loan in the time frame expected. Several things I admired about Mr. Goulart was that he had great communication via email, text and/or verbal. He was always available. I was even out of the country while he was processing the loan. I came back and the loan was completed. 5 Stars!!!
