What sets Chris apart from the others in the industry is that he not only has complete command of the various products available for different clients (so that he can carefully match you with the best loan for your situation), but once you've begun working with him, he stays on top of everything at all times, and he keeps you updated and informed at every step of the way. Working with Chris was a pleasure! He made buying our home as stress-free as possible. He handled most of the details, was very communicative, and walked us through the steps and processes that we were not familiar with. Buying a home is supposed to be one of the most stressful things you do in life, but Chris made it otherwise. I used All California Lending to provide me with a hard money loan. My loan representative was Chris Goulart. I needed the loan to close in 15 days. Mr. Goulart was able to close the loan in the time frame expected. Several things I admired about Mr. Goulart was that he had great communication via email, text and/or verbal. He was always available. I was even out of the country while he was processing the loan. I came back and the loan was completed. 5 Stars!!!
